If it's your first visit, just ask your service advisor to sign you up for the program. You'll earn rewards on that day's visit and every visit after that.

In some rare circumstances, due to extreme cold or maintenance, our car wash may not be operational. In that case, your service advisor may offer you a rain check.

Free 1-Year Warranty

Most repairs at Buerkle Hyundai are covered by a one year, 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor -- if you have problems with your repair, we will fix it at no cost to you. A few exceptions do apply so please call if you have questions.

Shuttle and Home Delivery

Shuttle

For your convenience, we offer a free shuttle, Monday - Friday, on an as-needed basis. Please ask our service center when you call to schedule your appointment.

On-site Hyundai Rental vehicles

We maintain a small fleet of rental vehicles, all with less than 10,000 miles, that you can use while your own car is being repaired. Most or all of the most recent model year vehicles are typically available. You can drop off your own vehicle and pick up your rental at the same time, so you can continue with your normal day. 

When you schedule your appointment, indicate that you will be needing a rental, so we can reserve one for you. Our rentals are sometimes fully booked.

Diagnostic Test Drives

When you arrive for your service appointment just drive right into the Hyundai service write-up area. Our consultants will greet you and review your appointment requests with you.

If your concern involves a noise, vibration, or similar item, your consultant may request that you drive with a technician to pin point the concern, and the conditions necessary to get it to occur. This is extremely important as most comebacks are directly caused by misunderstanding the concern. Test drives result in you and our technician agreeing on what exactly needs to be addressed.
